The silicon plane mirror coated with gold film is used in the CO2 laser cavity (working wavelength 10.6um) and used as a tail mirror or a refractor. It has the advantages of low cost, strong durability, and stable thermal performance. We can provide uncoated substrates and coated mirrors, size and film can be customized as well.
